Epsom salt is preferred for swim bladder/bloat disease at a 1 tbsp per 5g. Usually gotta add a broad spectrum antibiotic with it. Hard to say for ur fish and tank. Would suggest posting in the fish disease section.
If this is your jardini, epsom salt isn't going to help. In fact, most likely nothing is going to help. This fish has been funged up since it landed in your tank 2 yrs ago. I'm surprised that it's still alive. So getting a precise dosage for epsom salt is the least of your worries. Just dump a couple of cups or more in. Good luck.
