Exoticfishshop (Orino Growout Thread)

As hard as it is i like to be transparent about this hobby. a week ago maybe longer the orinos had got ich. They got it after i rescaped thier tank. I believe the rescape caused to much stress for them. With adding new plants i avoided certain meds and salt. Didnt want to kill the plants. The meds i tried failed and made things worse. With my work schedule i wasent really in the fish room as much as i liked or wanted to. Anyhow first round of meds actually made the ich super worse. I only have a couple of these guys left. I have hadded salt, bumped the temp and using meds i normally use. I hope i can save atleast 1 one of these guys. Smaller cichla are prone to stressing easy and getting ich. I regret trying a med i normally dont use. I tried it failed lesson learned. But i want to be honest and up front about these orinos. It sucks but all i can do is my best.
Just scanned & read through your whole thread mate. Sucks to hear about your losses, sorry to hear that fo'sho. Appreciate your transparency though, hopefully others new to bass (me in the future) can learn from your experience. This remaining guy is a stunner! All the best mate!
