So, 2 years later! I think I def have some kind of CB Fahaka. The fish measures about 10" max and eats a diet of home grown mystery/apple/ramshorn snails, shrimp, and mussels (although less mussels lately since he snubs them now).
The fish also seems to be rather.....docile? I dare say. I have a small colony of plecos under 6" with him and none get attacked, along with a baby king kong parrot I just got (that'll have to wait and see). The fish seems happy, and tbh I'm kind of happy he isn't super big since it just means he has more room in the tank!
