Filter broke! Can baby thai silk flowerhorn stay alive for 24 hrs until new filter?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The battery air pump WORKS!! Lots of bubbles in the tank. it's noisy as heck though. any other suggestions guys? or is this good enough for tomorrow AM. thanks for your help!!

Well i've had a few beers so i'll keep it REAL short :)

Buy fish online!!! Does the bag they come in have a filter in it? No, thought not :) He'll be fine pal, stop worrying :)

And others may say that the bag has oxygen has in it and the water is moving, so there will be aggitation at the surface.. Well the amount of water in the tank will hold enough oxygen for 1 night easily....

agree 100% 1 small fish in a 15g overnight is no problem. With the bubbler going you got nothing to worry about.I hope you took the biomedia out of the filter and put it in the tank to preserve it.That wont make it overnight without fresh water and oxygenation.

Generally media will stay alive for @24hrs but if you can put it on or around the outlet for the air pump then that will save as much of it as possible from dying off..

u didnt need an airpump lol

shuda just bought an airstone lol. 15 gallon is not dat big, so 2 airstone would probably work. but too late for me to tell u guys
