hey guys n gals.

just want to ask for what people's opinions were on the filtration on a 7'2'2 tank.
atm im considering 2x EFX 400 1x EFX 300.. this'll give me 1100 litres of filtration. think its sufficient ?

usually look for a 5-10x turnover. im not familiar with either filter u mentioned, but they seem low. more infonwould help like size and type of fish because some love fast water others dont. sump os a good way to get huge filtration without a ton of money buying like a half dozen canisters

I plan to keep clown loaches. adonis and scarlet plecs. 4 big synodontis. Red tail shark. thats all I know for sure atm

Sump is sure the way to go. A lot cheaper and easier to maintain. And It can filter as much or as little as you like. I have the same dimension tank as you with a 4x2x1.5 sump. Loads of bio balls and 6filter pads. With a 2 inch pipe from the tank. It looks like there is no water it's that clean. In a well stocked tank my water is always bang on with a 20-30% water change.
