Fisher, Those look really good i would pay postage and could part with a few bucks... Very nice bass! I have two wooly buggers but they are smallish. I will try to pick up some clouser minnows should i add some weight to the buggers they sink real slow i have only caught bluegill with them. Also thinks for the tip on holding them vertically, i will from now on.
Caught three fish yesterday the biggest was 12 inches one was a bluegill
Buggers can be unweighted, or they could have a heavy beadhead and lead wire wrapped under the body, or anywhere in between. The lighter ones work better when the fish are shallow, it will help keep you off the bottom, and sometimes fish like to bite when the fly is just sinking, so one that sinks slower can help bring more bites. Heavier ones are good in moving water, when the fish are deeper, or when you need to use a faster retrieve (the weight helps keep it down when your pulling it in fast.) Let the conditions dictate whether or not you should add weight.
Pm me, I think we can work something out with the flies
