K question! Did you silicone to your glass right to the pond coat? If so how does it bond to it? If not what process did you use to get it to stay in there?

Yes, i did silicone right to the pond coat... It held fine for me... i used two tubes of silicone though... i also covered all of the silicone with more liquid rubber once the silicone had cured.

I am having different results with this process. I have had 1 failed attempt at gettiing my window to seal and it my testing cannot get silicone to stick well to PC, PC to silicone, or PC to glass. Still doing more testing......

did you use regular silicone, I know there is another build. he used a "paintable" silicone which help him.

Ordered my Zavlar from Canada, it should be here any day now. Now my box in the basement can become my "aquarium" in my basement :)
