Yeah, I saw that. Good to know if they dropped B1 from the list, odd that they would do that but who knows?

I haven't got reply yet from Boyd, but got home and read labels for VitaChem, Hikari sticks and tetra crisps. All have Thiamine Mononitrate listed in ingredients.
Looking at Mr. Internet, for humans appears too much thiamine is not a worry. Did you know that B1 deficiency causes beriberi?
Here is a story about of thiaminase problem with a snake. Appears that to get the B1 into the body thiaminase rich foods are not good every day. So as far as the minnows go if I can tone em down and feed good foods + Boyd, should be ok.

Any high quality pellet food will contain B1, it's a standard vitamin in all commercial vitamin premixes used in fish food. Perhaps Vitachem had some labelling issues at some point in time, not sure, but their product contained B1 for years. From your label, it sounds like it still does.

Agreed. Looks like lots of fish foods contain thiamine mononitrate.
"
General description
Thiamine mononitrate is a synthetic stable nitrate salt form of vitamin B1 that has been used for the preparation and assay of various multi-vitamin formulations and as an additive to foods to compensate for losses during processing."

Not really related to the thread but just an FYI, the tetra jumbo sticks are bright orange. My kel. Luther ate a bunch but next day didn't really care for them. I had stuffed them in some minnows for the smaller kel Theo (picky eater) and next day she didn't look too good. Color off and some shakes. The stuff did make a bit of a mess (since it is orange). Oscars unaffected but the are garbage disposals.
I am shying away from this tetra food. Oddly their crisps are great and all the fish eat them except the small kel.
Also going to stick with krill and tone down the minnows.
Did very thorough tank & sump clean and water change. No food today. All fish look well.
