The nitrites are at 0....the ammonia was what spiked to 5. And if another fish dies I will try and get a pic of the eye to post. Thanks for your help and I will keep you posted

Ok....I need to correct this post of mine...made a typo. Meant .5 ammonia, not 5 (huge difference).
