Been 1.5 years on the market. So far had a half a dozen or a dozen offers, half quite a bit lower than the asking price, half are closer but still sufficiently far off to refuse them. There are 1-2 potentially serious buyers who want the Aquarium part too but they have been sitting low and thinking for a while.
