Hello; Don't know of any fix for chipped glass. I have been protecting the exposed corners of my all glass tanks with a clear plastic trim. The last I found was for protecting the outside corner of wallpaper. I simply adheared the plastic to the outside corner of the tank with silicone.
If the tank does not have anything in it, perhaps it can be turned around and have the chipped corners in the back.
I have some small chips on a couple of set up tanks that have not been an issue as yet.
