The cloudy eyes and stringy poop problem is solver but the fish is completely blind I feed it through a hook and only eats when pallet hits it’s lip otherwise it can’t and doesn’t even move in tank obvious it is as it can’t see dosnt react to anything

If the fish is fully blind, there’s nothing you can do to reverse it. All you can do is keep its surroundings the same so it can find its way around.

Are you doing water changes at all? Have you tested params? Pretty much all you can do for hith is improve conditions.
