FH are notorious for being aggressive, it's part of their genetic make up. Not much that one can do to reduce their natural behavior.

Is there anything I can do to prevent him from continuously ripping the heater off the wall. After the 5th time sticking the heater back to the glass I’ve found it to be mildly annoying

Get a heater guard. Or better yet, a sump that lets the heater operate completely out of reach of any destructive fish in the tank.

PS: Take care of air pollutants entering the tank (like the previously mentioned Febreze). Test kits can't detect them and they can irritate fish.

Almost certainly yes. That's the same reason why essential oils aren't edible.

If your burning them in your room that's probably not doing your tank any favours do you ever notice a oily sheen on the surface of the water when looking up at it. Also I would be careful of a heater guard I had to remove mine as eddie took a big chunk from his head swimming into it.

Yea I usually burn one ontop of my aquarium. I’ve never noticed any oil look ontop of my tank
