o i just know reptile eggs cant be rotated i wasnt sure if bird eggs were the same or not... sry for the bad advice

I use to raise rare chickens peacocks and royal palm Turkeys. It depends on how long its been cold it might not hatch anyway. Your temperature has to stay at around 99 degrees and yes rotate it Atlest 4 times a day. It has to have the humidity around 100 present. I have always had an incubater but I have herd that you can put it in a stove with a pan of water on it. But it will very with every bird type if you ask me its a lost cause.

Take it to a rehab, insect eating altricial birds are incredibly difficult to raise yourself... Any altricial bird is (meaning they hatch completely naked and helpless where as precocial birds, like chickens, hatch out with feathers and are somewhat capable of doing some things on their own) but I think insect eaters are MUCH harder than seed eaters. Not to mention that it would be illegal for you to raise that one without the proper licencing.
If you want the bird to have any decent chance of survival it needs to go to a wild life rescue.
