Found a worm/centipede..IS it safe to feed?

Hey all,
I just found a worm/centipede or something? I dont know what it is... Is is safe to feed?I want to feed it badly
My arowana is 6".. reply fast its trapped on a jar right now..

That's a millipede.

I think I recall them being mentioned as a tasty, well loved treat for an aro, but do NOT feed it to your fish based on my memory. I would like clarification from some of the more respected aro members as well.

Yup it's a millipede. Do not feed millipedes, many of them are poisonus and contains little amounts of cyanide. If u don't sure, just touch it's upper side with your skin and then you will understand. But be sure to think twise, better don't touch it he he...

Millipede certain variety are poisonous.But this one is non poisonous for human but we can't say how it reacts for arowana better give freedom for him.
