Rather than having Easy - Medium - Difficult species to identify, I suggest you cut up a fish photo into say 6 or 8 sections, revealing only one section per day.

Many fish keepers can identify fish merely from a mouth shape or fin arrangement but if that proves difficult, more of the mystery fish will get revealed gradually each day.

Could be a good idea for a different thread. Guess the fish by the parts.

When I do a bonus it will be based on level of hardness from 1-4
