I’ll give you this hint - it is not a goby.Last is a goby?
I recognised it was a darter so I went onto Fishbase and started looking for colourful darters. Went from the rainbow darter to the variegate darter to the corrugate darter. Was considering putting down the variegate darter as the answer but then I saw a picture of am Etowah darter and it looked way closer, since it had spots rather than vertical bars down the body. Googled etowah darter and boom, your picture came up.#1 was correctly identified by @Kelly_Aquatics, however, the real Latin name is notopterus notopterus.
#2 was identified correctly by @L3CTR0N. Tanganyika Tilapia (Oreochromis tanganicae)
#3 was correctly identified by @L3CTR0N. Etowahae Darter - I am impressed! If you mind me asking, how do you go about researching the picture?
