fully aquatic frogs

Do any of you have those African frogs that live their entire lives under water? What do they eat, what can you keep with them, and what are the water parameters? Thanks.
 
I have an African dwarf in a 10 with some guppies and a gourami, feed it the little frog/tadpole pellets and it loves bloodworms. My albino clawed frog is in a 10 by himself. He eats red wigglers, the occasional sinking pellet, and small feeders.
 
There are three types of purely aquatic frogs that you'll see commonly in the aquarium/reptile hobby.

-The Dwarf African frog, which are timid and should be kept with very peaceful fish
-The African Clawed frog, which is bigger and mean, and goes with semi-agressive fish big enough not to fit in it's mouth.
-The Pipa Pipa, or Surinam toad, which is the biggest at 6+ inches and good with big peaceful fish (I had mine with arowana and similar).
 
Thanks but what are the parameters? Is it that important? Are they hardy?
 
There is a good article in the December issue of Aquarium Fish International. I've got 6 of the dwarf clawed frogs. Feed mine forzen bloodworms, small pellet food, and live blackworms.
 
Mine are the most neglected of my tanks, but also the most thriving, planted tanks. I just run dechlorinated tap in the upper 78-80 range and have no probs.

you are probably thinking of african clawed frog. it grows to 4-5 inchs it comes from the congo river basin. be careful keeping with fish because it will eat fish up to betta size. you can feed this frog bloodworm.

I was just looking over these I'm thinking of doing i biotope with the full sized ones I just wondering what water levels I could keep them at most places i checked said about 12" but i figured for full sized adults i could be a little deeper
