Plecos will eat it too. My manzanita grew that stuff for awhile and my 2 Bristlenose plecos just devoured it.

saying this is almost as stupid as it would be for him to do it. mycotoxins are not well understood and people die from eating unknown mushrooms.
in fact, if he did do it, this statement could make you partly responsible for his death. at least as far as the lawsuit would go, if not the criminal charges.
Which lead to an interesting question...if a death cap mushroom falls in water and some fish ate it, will the fish die?
