He looks alright, but he may need some plants in there to feel comfortable at first, after a while he probably won't need the plants.

Many far need to be started out on live foods like guppies or mosquitofish(never goldfish).

May just be adjusting, and they will rest in the bottom , this is fairly normal

There were four guppies in tank which I removed because I was worried that the guppies might have diseases which may have infected my Gar.

It's been 16months now I have him as a pet. And in past three days he is moving and feeding on guppies.
