Saw a guy posted this on our version of craiglist...
Thx for posting that Galantspeedz, good info for those interested in more natural approaches. I've heard a lot of good things about Gingseng (for people) so wouldn't be surprised at all if it's helpful.

The only issue I would have is that is lowers PH...Whereas the Arowana Wish Spa doesn't seem to effect PH at all if one has reasonable decent buffering in their tank.

In fact I just recently used this to treat my Kamfa Flowerhorn's wound (a fish which of course like a high PH), there was no affect on his PH.

And I have to say the Wish Spa was a VERY effective healing aid: I couldn't get a wound on my Kamfa to quite heal up 100% (because it was in a tricky area with a lot of movement, right between pec fin and gills). After treating his tank with the Wish Spa, by next day it was more than 50% better; by day 2 it was at least 75% better, by day 3 it was pretty much fully healed. I have a thread with pix in the Diseases & Health sub-forum if you're interested to follow that wound recovery process:

I was quite amazed/impressed with how fast it helped, for healing external injuries this stuff works!
