well.....
#1) the cage i built has about a 3-4 inch substrate. is that adequate enough for her to lay eggs, or should i attach a box that is about 6-8 inches deep for her?
#2) does the area she lay eggs need to be heated, and or damp?
#3) how much humidity is the right amount for incubation?
#4) you say not to turn or "roll" the eggs but then ive read that you need to place the embryo part of the egg up.

i think that will do me for now. thanks again.

1) you want the substrate about a foot deep, thats why we did lay boxes seperate.
2) yes it needs to be both. Shes going to live in the lay box until she drops, and it needs to be damp enough to hold a borrow as she digs and lays.
3) 45-50% is what we did I think.
4) everything Ive ever read and experienced if you roll the eggs the embryo can get the cord from the yoke sack twisted and cut off its supply causing it to die. This was a few years ago, new methods may have been found.
