Depends on what they used to make the RT, RT can either be made using MidasxGT, BPxGT, RedDevilxGT, or FHxGT. Your looks like it was made with a FH and GT for the color and pattern, and then mixed with a BP for the body shape.

Well, it looks something like a Green Crystal Parrot. The body shape is much more reminiscent of a Parrot hybrid cichlid, but they could be something else. I don't know the exact genetic ancestry, so... don't quote me.
