Yep, Clemmys guttata, the spotted turtle
 
Nice critter, from the high large eyes I will guess either Caiman crocodilus or C. yacare, the spectacled or the Jacare's caimans and since I don't see big teeth I lean towards the spectacled caiman. I ate one about 2 feet longer than that in Panama once. I found out then just how long it takes to drown one by standing on it.
