Sry I don't know if you guys are going in order but I wanted to see if anyone knows what this cool looking lizard is

If its real, then its a Sailfin dragon, Hydrosaurus sp.

I'm not an expert on these guys, but it does look a little "manipulated"...but maybe its just a juvenile.
