Polychrus gutturosus aka "no common name that i know of"
that was a shot in the dark i beilieve they are normally green, the head shape matches as well as the markings, as well as the length and shape of the dewlap...also i googled images of the scientific name and your photo came up so i dont know...let me know if i got it vicous...
and you are crazy to search twans photo list i believe he has over 1000 photos of reptiles and amphibians...
