As soon as I saw the pic I knew it was some type of Parrot Snake. Lets see....how about Leptophis mexicanus.

See there was nothing wrong with the pics just the viewer, Vicious_fish was only off by which Leptophis he got the family name on the first shot. So it's not the pic, but rather the viewer, which is ok because everyine has there moments.
