While I have found the tree and many sites claiming this is a chameleon, I believe that it is not a chameleon, but rather some sort of Tree Lizard, maybe : Ornate Tree Lizard aka Urosaurus ornatus?, but I'm not sure because as stated beforeI need a clearer pic.
