Why did I make it too easy?

I think it's tough to most outside of Australia. I've been lucky enough to see one in person.

Tropidechis carinatus.

I'll be really embarrassed if I'm wrong.

no need to be embarrassed you are correct.

I have also had the "pleasure" of seeing one of these in it's natural setting. The lil snott chased my brother and I out of "his woods". two teenagers running from a bad-tempered snake, thank god no one saw it.

The question about being too easy was a response to something some one had said, and it was a serious question as I had never posted one before, and was worried it would be way too simple, it never occured to me it would be a hard one.

Maybe it is just easy to me. I will let some one else go for it.

Was it what you thought? I figured with your interest in venomous snake it might be easy for you.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see one in it's natural setting. But even getting to see one crawl around on a concrete floor was a treat.

I'll try to get a picture posted shortly. One of the photo hosting sites I use is down at the moment.

This should be much easier than the previous two I posted. Bonus points awarded if anyone gets the locality. Those bonus points are redeemable for absolutely nothing.
