It's a dry fly,and the pattern is simply white string,black sewing thread and the strings of Christmas ornaments because that's what I had lying around,do u make any lures.?

I don't tie flies, but when I was younger I used to carve floating plugs out of balsa wood

nah, nothing I made. They were big bulky lures for LMB, and I'm 90% SMB-fisherman, never tried them for Striper though
