Okay, I saw this in passing not long ago when looking for a decent picture of the Jamaican iguana. it is one of the 2 Fijian iguanas, a male, either the Fijian banded iguana (Brachylophus fasciatus) or the rarer Fijian crested iguana (Brachylophus vitiensis).From the pale throat ang brighter green I will go with the fasciatus.

It is a Varanus but is found in only a portion of that ones range, it is about the same size but a little heavier bodied.
