Yup, it is the Colia nasus, common name is Japanese Grenadier Anchovy. It is a plankton eater that goes fresh, brackish, and salt, commonly traveling over 600 miles up the Yangtze river. It breed in fresh water reed beds.

By the way, the reason that you can't find the Serracephala salvini is that I made that name up just to file the pictures under, sneaky aren't I?
