signaus oramin some sort of rabbit fish, most found in salt, but occasionally in brackish, not in fresh to my knowledge 
i use to catch thse when i was a kid and get stung, hurt like a mother, cool fish, would eat anything, every soon after hooked, i'd throw them in a little pool of salt water by the tidepool, then they'd still come for my hook with food on it, then, a big blue clawed crab would come out and catch one of them and eat them!!! thats my story of the day!
