That is what they look like, the top (female) and middle (male) are preservered, the bottom one is fresh caught. And they get stranger.

Like I sais, they look like that alive, I will try to find a better picture. They get about a foot long.
More pictures, they are hard to find, and a clue. The clue is that their optimum temperature is 5 degrees C. and that they will die from overheating at 10 degrees C. I have one more clue that I will save for now. The fish in these pics are fresh caught and, in at least one picture, still alive.
One last clue then I'll find another fish, even though it is a freshwater fish it prefers to live at depths of greater than 500 meters. The clock is ticvking, heheheh.
