gut loading meal worms?

how exactly do you gut load meal worms other than putting powder stuff on them, i tried giving them carrots but they didnt touch them and the carrots rotted... so if you have any ideas let me know please :confused: :goldfish: :headbang2
 
feed them tropical fish flakes. replace the crap they pack them in with tropical fish flakes

thats new to me i think ill give that a go,,,i was going to say spinach they love it:)
 
I just give mine oats... and other grain products.
 
i feed mine high quality pellet food. Since my fish don't go for them but will go for feeders. I try feed the meal worms 30 minutes before they become dinner. That was some of the pellet food hasn't been fully digested.
 
I feed my mealworms potatoes, baby carrots, oats, cereal like cheerios, etc...

Basically anything that's fresh and healthy for you, the mealworms will eat, which will be good for your pet that consumes the mealworms.
 
i gutload my MW 24 hours before i use them. gutload/food for my MW: dry oatmeal, cucumber, potatoes, apple.
