Great that you survived that electricity is serious.
Indeed! It wasn’t actually my fault but definitely scared the crappers out of me. My uncle had repaired part of a sheet iron roof on our holiday house in Australia. He put a nail through the electrical wire connected to the light in our kitchen. When the light was on the roof was live. I climbed up a wooden lattice to get a cricket ball that had been hit into the roof. I had shorts, no shirt and runners on. When I laid down in th roof to get the ball I got fried. Fortunately the shock threw me off the roof into an avocado tree, and I fell to the ground. I’m grateful to be alive!

Where do you live?
Looks peaceful
In the countryside just outside Cincinnati. It is peaceful indeed. It was the silver lining in the dark clouds of covid. We were able to buy when we wouldn't have been able to otherwise d/t the incredible interest rates at the time, and mortgage insurance break when we only had 5% down. Hallelujah 🙌

Much difference then where I'm at.
I'm in south California (south orange County)
For California it's clean, safe and free of homeless drugs addicts.
Rare for south California.
Don't get me started on home prices 😒.
Getting the keys to my first single family 4brd house in 2 weeks
List price 1.3 mil keep in mind this is 1700sq ft.
I love it but know life can be great in other parts of County as well.
