well...but you're not the one that killed the eel or the puffer, or crosshatch, or rhinopias. right? ... so the bottom of it is, who's ultimately liable for these dead fish?

Yeah and I'm not the one that "killed" any of those fish either. I'd have rather cut off a finger, than to have let my Dragon die.

Neither one of us are responsible. It was a bad situation, bad luck and an all around horrible experiance for both of us.

Well, you've been saying that the police are on their way for the past hour. Tampa isn't that big...shouldn't they have been there by now?

I'm still waiting on that phone call, from them.

You have a lot of balls, really. I read through all 8 pages of this thread and grew increasingly more furious with your antics. You can't be serious...you messed up, now man up and make it right.

It doesn't take a genius to check what time Fedex closes, nevermind three times.

Well, I'm sorry you've put yourself out and gotten angry. Don't you have enough to worry about, in your own life to not worry about other people?...evidentally not.

You've taken the time to read thru this whole thread and haven't paid a bit of attention that it didn't matter to him...maybe you should've "read", not "skimmed". He wanted them bagged and shipped right then. It "doesn't take a genius" to know that Fedex offices don't have the same hours, 7 days a week.

I stand correct! What an irresponsible person! How can you say you are not responsible when the fish were still with you that dead? It's not like they were dead during shipping. You said you went to Fed Ex more than one time, yet you have no clue what is there business time? I'm in shock that you didn't blame it was the Fed Ex fault that the fish were dead, since he didn't guarantee you that it will be arrived next day. I'm glad you posted, because now there's evident that you have received his fish, but you have not fullfilled your end. Good luck in court ;)

There is nothing more that MFK can contribute.
