no, it's the bright red dead shrimp that I found motionless on the sponge of the filter.
If you come across any others, can you post another pic up, coz i can't see any pics in this thread atm???
But either way, if you don't already have one, get a thermometer in the tank and watch how the temps change throughout the day, coz as i mentioned before, i'm almost certain it sounds like temp fluctuations causing you these problems if no external sources are at play...
