Hey guys! So we have a male & female flowerhorn separated by a screen, but I guess the last time my bf cleaned the tank & they were together (for only a moment!), that one kiss was all it took... Couple days later, we found the wall of our tank covered in eggs!! We've never intended to breed our flowerhorns, but I don't have the heart to not raise these adorable little miracles. Please any advise?!?!
1) We have an empty 10gal lying around I'm thinking of transferring the female & babies.. What's the best way to get the eggs off the tank glass safely, without harming them or the mom?
2) It's the female's first liter. I've don't only a bit of a research & some sources say to leave her to raise the babies naturally, others say she might eat them... What's the safest bet for successful hatching?
ANY tips, advice suggestions would be appreciated!! Mahalo guys~
