HELP: Flowerhorn won't eat pellets

Which is precisely why it won't eat pellets. Stop feeding all other foods, wait a couple of days & then feed him pellets soaked in bloodworm juice.
After a few days of that start reducing the BW juice, and after a few more days just feed the dry pellets. The more "options" that you give some fish, the more pickier they become until the point where they have trained you.

I know its been along time regarding this topic, but It took me a year to truly understand and experience every certified word you typed sir, I struggled with Aros and FL with pellets off n on,,,,, I spoiled them too much with verity of food tell they no longer humble to the pellets anymore, now going through the next week with my Golden Arowana , i hate to say it or do it, but its really frustrating, I'll starve the living out of him this time LOL
