Help ID this fish

don't think its a cigar shark head and scales are wrong I think (second take) leptobarbus hoevenii or golden ping tail shark it just looks very thin.
They do called leptobarbus hoevenii Cigar shark.
 
defiantly cigar shark what size tank do you have he will get huge
Let's focus on fatten him up first. It won't grow when in that condition.
 
well 2 things, i understand he wasn't in the best condition, and as i stated he had just been given to me from the LFS that someone had obviously dropped off, so please don't place the blame of his condition on me. secondly i've got my official diagnosis on his species, and it is, luncheous catfishieous, my rtc decided he'd look better in his stomach than in my tank.
 
thats a shame, cigar sharks are really cool peaceful monsters. there were 2 in my LFS at least 24" long and as thick as a pair of legs
