Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
41-50%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
I have been doing wc everydayy to help the fish and raising the temperature it's currently 32°C and every wc i keep giving rock salts too,, this is my 4th day and to my surprise the puffer hasn't recovered yet and has white in it's eyes. I had it for about 3 months now

Your mbu is in pretty bad shape and the eye is the not the primary concern. It may or may not clear up with care and medication but I’d be more concerned about keeping it alive. It looks to be suffering from Epistylis as seen from all the spots on its body. They can lead to secondary infections as well.

Salt is good but it looks about time that you step up to meds. Look up how to treat Epistylis in this forum or the web.
