Help needed pls

It sounds like aggression, can you isolate any fish that are hiding in corners in separate tanks? I would stop medicating. The damage is caused by bites. The fishkeeper rarely sees the aggression, just the result such as damage and hiding.

What are the dimensions of your tank and what is your stock list?

Yes send a picture. What are your test results for pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Use a kit with test tubes and liquid regeants, not strips.

You already treated the tank for cotton wool disease? You can't mix medications. I have never seen cotton wool disease with something hanging off the eye.

Epsom salts is for constipation, skip that. Skip the Melafix.

Sounds like an injury but to know for sure you should really add pictures.

Don’t jump to medication right away. That can sometimes cause more harm than good.

Try doing more water changes and add regular salt to help with healing

It's quite hard to see..I actually caught her in a net and had a little look it's not a parasite...it looks like cotton wool...I'm wo during if she caught her her on an ornament as I had this little plastic thing in tank but noticed this morning it's actually spilt, leaving a sharp bit..ob if removed it strate away..she was absolutely fine yest morning😪..il try and get another pic.x

I do so many water changes sometimes twice or 3x per wk...I never take it all and with my sponged from my filter I always just swirl them in the water I've take out aquarium.....I have 2 filters and I keep thinking are they working right...can I do a 50%water change and add the aquarium salt?

Did you add medication for cotton wool disease as mentioned earlier? If yes I would not add salt or anything.

What are your test results for pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? Use a kit with test tubes and liquid regeants, not strips.

For injuries (which can happen when a fleeing fish bumps into a rock) usually isolation and clean water (low nitrates) work best. If your fish are used to weekly 50% water changes, that is a good start, but don't do 50% if they are used to 20% for example.

You will want to know your nitrates before you change any water, and then after as well.
