Could you advise the water change regime. First thing is to ensure water changes are good and water quality is good.

Ouch!….looks like bloat and septicemia. Get ur water checked asap. Hold feeding. Try some kanamycin or maracyn2. Meds after water parameters have been corrected if they are “off”. Post any updates. Good luck!
