Hikari Cichlid Bio-Gold?

yes bio-gold is better than cichlid gold . i use both ... i also use hikari excel , nls pellets , omega one , etc ...

I have never used Bio-Gold, but have used Cichlid Gold and Cichlid Excel for years. My experiences have been positive.

I use Hikari Cichlid Excel, Gold, Bio-Gold+, and multiple frozen foods and my Cichlids' color are very vivid especially my female Convict
