Neither, they're both garbage. Stay away from Hikari anything.

Look at NLS or Northfin. Bug Bites are also an excellent option.

I disagree my tinfoils and sajica cichlids have done very well on the sinking bio gold hikari pellets.
Hikari has always made great food. They've been around for decades and they know what formulas work for fish.

Perhaps not the best ingredients wise, but not exactly what I would refer to as crap. Lol

To answer the OPs question, read the labels, which are not difficult to find online. Hikari adds a probiotic mix to the Bio+ formula, which is advertised, and IME accurate, helps reduce solid waste. Hence, less cleaning of filter media. Is it worth the extra cost, only you can answer that question.
