Home Made Mouse Trap...LOL

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I am not concerned about worms. :D Our cats get wormed on a regular basis. Our cats basically live off mice, grasshoppers, rats, birds, squirrels, snakes and other animals and table scraps. We keep one cat (Aine) inside for the sole purpose of eating house mice.

Just toss a lit match in it, and you'll have dinner for two! :D

I ended up flushing them down the toilet. I drowned them in bleach first, to make sure they didn't swim back up. It was kind of graphic. The bleach made their hair fall off, and they started bleeding out the eyes, mouth, and ears. That type of oil doesn't catch fire, and the bowl is glass, so I couldn't fry them. And yes, the bowl is now in the garbage.

One step better is to catch them in the toilet. Place a piece of wood going up to top of the bowl, smear a little peanut butter at water line. Mouse climbs wood, goes for pb, falls in and drowns, flush mouse... I have caught MANY this way...

should of just thrown that am at a wall or cut off their heads would of been alot more humane
