Hoplia curupira 2nd Try

I noticed with mine once around 12", it would eat so much for a few months than go without eating for what felt like longer months. I didn't notice any slowing in growth through this until 15".

Although not as long as yours, I have noticed mine has been going on infrequent hunger strikes also.

Thanks. Started out about the same size and made it to over a foot, but it got swim bladder disease. Couldn't see any damage, but it was upside down one day and never recovered.

Thank you. They were at the store for a while and had a lot to choose from.

Well, pretty sure it took out my black arowana over the weekend. Came back to a missing fish and a fat curu. The aro was at least an inch longer... expensive feeder.

Haven't updated in a long time. Forgot how long I've had it. Probably about 18 inches now.
