Yes I know how that works. But this spans across many different types of fish with the same results. Thats why I wasnt sure if it was man altering the fish some how.
To what I’ve researched it’s essentially a double spine curvature. So vertical scoliosis gone awfully wrong. There is one or two papers out, showing the defect and specimens that have been auto autopsy showing consistency in the defect. It also seems to shorten the lifespan and common other dwarf related problems. Keep in mind this is only about 30ish hours of research into it.
