How big do wolf fish grow?

gold wolf fish 12''-16''
common wolffish 18''-20'' mabye more in wild
black wolf fish around same size as common mabye a little more
Aimara around 4' said to reach 5' in the wild

No it will get eaten

They can be really aggressive but some tolorate tankmates in larger set ups in general there much less agressive then the hoplias group but still are aggressive

Killerfish is right, they grow pretty slow and the other faster growing fish will eat him. Maybe a Gold will work but I can't really say as I don't know how their aggression is.

they get to around 8 inches.
10 inches MAX.
grow slow.
arent aggressive.
will be killed by faster growing tankmates or aggressive tankmates.
their activity level depends on the individual fish.
eat pretty much anything.

I would imagine the "black" one at shark aquarium is an aimara.
